These terms and conditions ("Buy Now Terms") govern the purchase of artworks and objects listed on the Colnaghi online shop at colnaghi.com/shop. By placing an order through the Buy Now facility, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Colnaghi Ltd ("Colnaghi", "we", "us") is registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 26 Bury Street, London SW1Y 6AL.
When you place an order through our Buy Now facility, the following process applies:
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Indicative prices in EUR and USD may be displayed for convenience but are based on approximate exchange rates and are not binding.
The final purchase price will be confirmed in GBP on the official invoice issued by Colnaghi. Prices displayed on the website do not include shipping, import duties, or taxes, which will be confirmed separately.

American Express is not accepted. At checkout, your card details are securely registered via Stripe for identity verification purposes only. No charge is made at the point of checkout. Payment is confirmed and processed only after your order has been reviewed and approved by our team.
All works offered through the Buy Now facility ship from London, United Kingdom. Complimentary shipping is available for deliveries within the UK.
International shipping costs are calculated individually based on destination, packaging requirements, and courier selection. These costs will be confirmed by our team following order review and included on the official invoice.
All shipments are fully insured. Estimated delivery times will be communicated when shipping details are confirmed. Colnaghi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party carriers.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the listed price and are not calculated at checkout. These charges vary by destination and will be confirmed by our team as part of the order review process.
The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country of residence.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork ("cooling-off period").

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned work. If the work has been damaged or altered, we reserve the right to decline the return or apply a reasonable deduction.
This right does not apply to bespoke, personalised, or commissioned works.
In compliance with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (as amended), orders with a total value of €10,000 or above may require additional identity verification before the order can be approved.
Our team will contact you directly with details of any further documentation or information required. Orders subject to AML verification may take additional time to process.

Colnaghi warrants that each work sold through the Buy Now facility is authentic and as described. Our liability for any defect in title or authenticity does not exceed the purchase price of the work.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or damage arising from delay.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
